Toddlers: Importance of Water

Home | Pregnancy | After Delivery | Babies | Toddlers | Preschoolers | Family | Parenting

What Kind of Water Should You Drink?

The tap water in most areas is perfectly safe to drink and just as healthy as bottled water. Also, tap water is much less expensive.

Bottled water can be convenient when on the go, but it is also ok to reuse bottles for carrying water around.

Reused water bottles should be cleaned before each use. Hot water and antibacterial soap will ensure that your bottle does not contains any germs that could make your child sick.
