Water, Juice, and Milk
Children should have the vitamins and minerals provided by juice and milk, but too much juice can cause problems with their teeth.
Children should have about 16oz low-fat milk and only 4oz of juice a day. Everything
else should be water.
It's a good idea to serve milk or juice at meals and water in between.
Make sure you keep plenty of cold water in the refrigerator. For meals, have milk
or juice.
