Notice the amount of fat, saturated fat, cholesterol in both the whole and skim milk. Also notice the vitamins and mineral; skim milk offers the same benefits with less fat and cholesterol.

Children under 2 years of age should drink whole milk, while older children should avoid the extra fat in whole milk.
