Milk, Soda, Orange Juice, and Fruit Drinks

It is important to consider how healthy you drink is. Different kinds of drinks offer different amounts of vitamins and nutrients.

The chart below looks at milk, 1% chocolate milk, soda, diet soda, fruit punch juice drink, and 100% orange juice.
