Vegetable Soup
What you need:
6 Cups Beef Broth
1 Can Whole Peeled Tomatoes
1 1/4 Cups Diced Potatoes
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Can Tomato Sauce
1 1/2 Cups Diced Carrots
1 Cup Celery
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
How to do it:
- In a large saucepan combine broth, tomato sauce, tomatoes,
carrots, potatoes, celery, onions and pepper.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for
30 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
