Basic Vegetables
What you'll need:
Vegetables
- Squash
- Green beans
- Carrots
How to make it:
- Wash and peel vegetables.
- Slice vegetables for fast cooking.
- Add 1 to 1 1/2 inches of boiling water to vegetables.
- Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until soft.
- Mash, blend or grind with some of the cooking water (or juice) until
smooth.
