Basic Fruit
What you'll need:
1 cup fruit, such as apples, pears, or peaches
How to make it:
- Wash and peel fruit.
- Cut fruit into small pieces. Remove all seeds.
- Add 1/4 cup of boiling water to 1 cup of chopped fruit and simmer
until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Mash the fruit and force it through a food grinder with a small amount
of the cooking water to blend until smooth.
- Or, you can avoid cooking the fruit and put the chopped fruit in a
blender. Blend until smooth, using water or juice if needed.
