Adding more milk to your diet can be very easy. Below are ideas for meals with added milk.

  • Use milk to make puddings, custards, and milkshakes
  • Add milk to soups, grits, and oatmeal
  • Eat cereal with milk for a quick breakfast or a bedtime snack

  • Add cheese to sandwiches, salads, and baked potatoes
  • Try cheese and crackers for a quick snack

  • Choose chocolate milk instead of soda for a snack
  • Choose yogurt for a snack. Add fruit, nuts, or granola
