Pregnancy: Healthy Snacks

Staying healthy and eating a good diet while you are pregnant is very important.

However, pregnant women often have a hard time getting the nutrients they need because they are nauseated, constipated, and having heartburn.

These are natural problems for many pregnant women.

Because of indigestion and constipation it is often easier for pregnant women to eat small, plain snacks instead of large meals.

During your pregnancy take your diet very seriously. If you have a craving for something specific, go ahead, but try and lean towards the healthier side of things. Eat fruits and vegetables when you can and drink plenty of milk and water.
