Handling A Fussy Eater

Fussy eaters are often just learning their own likes and dislikes. Consider the suggestions below for handling a fussy eater at mealtime.

RELAX, and treat food jags casually.

Consider what your child eats over several days.

Trust your child's appetite.

Don't force your child to eat everything on their plate, this may encourage overeating.

Set time limits for the start and end of a meal.

Stay Positive!
