not buy foods that are labeled "keep refrigerated" if they are
not cold to the touch and in a refrigerated section of the store.
Do touch your frozen foods to ensure they are "frozen solid". Do check the
dates on packages. Do not buy food for which the "sell by" date
has expired. |
