Fast Food Information

There are things you can do to reduce the number of calories and the amount of fat in the fast food you eat. Consider these suggestions when ordering fast food.

PizzaFood
When ordering pizza, ask for less cheese and choose low-fat toppings such as onions, green peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, and other vegetables.

SandwichesFood
Order lean roast beef, turkey, or chicken breast. Also, ask for junior size if available. Extras like bacon, cheese, and mayonnaise will add fat to your meal so choose tomatoes and lettuce to make your meal juicy. Ask for whole grain breads instead of croissants or biscuits.

HamburgersFood
A plain meat patty burger without cheese or sauce is the best choice. Ask for lettuce, tomatoes, or onions.
