Most Important Meal of the Day
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, especially for children. Children do better in early morning classes when they have had breakfast. Breakfast improves energy, brain function, and diet.

Some people think skipping breakfast will help them to lose weight. This is not true. Most people who skip breakfast end up eating snacks which are high in sugar or fat. Some non breakfast eaters eat a lot at the end of the day to make up for missing breakfast.
But eating a bunch at the end of the day does not give you the time you need to burn the calories before bedtime.
