These materials are made available to community-based organizations, parents and students through the Teen Pregnancy Prevention Initiative. Please contact the outreach coordinator for availability by e-mailing teenpregnancy@vdh.virginia.gov (Please include material request in the subject line of e-mail messages). Or feel free to download and print those items that are available on-line. Requests for health fair kits or for resources for presentations should be placed at least 5 business days before the event.
