Free child safety seats and booster seats are available for income eligble children. Parents, foster parents and legal guardians of children who reside in Virginia may apply. For contact information to apply for a free child safety seat or booster seat, please click on a bubble to see if that agency serves the residents of the county or city where you reside. If you have trouble locating a distribution site or have questions regarding eligiblity, please call the Virginia Department of Health, Child Passenger Safety Information Line at 1-800-732-8333.
