The conference rate for the hotel room is $93.00 and is subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13% per room per night). Rates are available November 4 through November 6, 2009. Exhibit Fee $35.00:

Standard exhibitor package includes one six-foot skirted table, two chairs and registration for one company representative. Set-Up Time is November 4 after 8:00 pm or November 5, 2009 from 7:00 am to 8:00 am. Exhibit can be removed after 3:00 pm.
