The Family Planning Needs Assessment was completed in 2006 as a requirement for the federal grant application from the Office of Population Affairs to secure federal family planning funds (Title X).  The needs assessment serves as a document describing the need for publicly funded family planning services in Virginia. These federal funds are available for competitive award under the Title X Family Planning Services and Population Research Act of 1970 (Public Law 91-572).   PDF Version of Needs Assessment
