Virginia Injury Prevention Electronic Mailing List

The main form of communication from the Unintentional Injury Prevention Program is through the internet. Through the use of a dedicated electronic mailing list, VDH is able to send emails about upcoming trainings, new resources, available funding and job opportunities.

To subscribe to the Virginia Injury Prevention Electronic Mailing List and get or share news and updates on injury prevention issues, do one of the following:

1. Send a blank email with the word "Subscribe" written in the subject line to: jennifer.schmid@vdh.virginia.gov
2. Contact Jennifer Schmid at 804-864-7746 and ask to be added to the electronic mailing list.

This list is monitored by the Division of Injury and Violence Prevention at the Virginia Department of Health.
