• The NHLBI Information Center - Supports and disseminates materials for the National High Blood Pressure Education Program, the National Cholesterol Education Program, the National Heart Attack Alert Program, and others.  Public and patient education materials and clinical practice guidelines for health professionals are available on numerous topics.

• The National Cholesterol Education Program - The NHLBI launched the National Cholesterol Education Program (NCEP) in November 1985.
