REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given by the Virginia Department of Health, Division of Chronic Disease Prevention and Control, of its intent to solicit sealed proposals to establish statewide reimbursement contracts for the purchase of the implementation of tobacco use control activities throughout Virginia.
