CHAMPION´s Mid-Year Reports

Reminder: Mid-Year Progress Reports are due by 5pm on February 11th, 2010.

Each component in this outline is required for submitting the CHAMPION Implementation Mid-Year Progress Report. Also, all funding recipients must adhere to the guidelines when submitting the CHAMPION Mid-Year Progress Report.
