National Online Resource Center on Violence Against Women.
The online resource for advocates working to end domestic violence, sexual assault, and other violence in the lives of women and their children. The site has specific resources on sexual and domestic violence prevention, grants and funding, and research.
U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
National Center for Injury Control and Prevention has resources relating to sexual violence, intimate partner violence and teen dating violence. Resources include fact sheets and small reports explaining these topics in more detail.
National Sexual Violence Resource Center
The National Sexual Violence Resource Center serves as the nation's principle information and resource center regarding all aspects of sexual violence. The NSVRC works to address the causes and impact of sexual violence through collaboration, prevention efforts and the distribution of resources. Resources include articles, guides, fact sheets, tool kits, and much more, all addressing sexual violence prevention across the lifespan.
Prevention Connection is a national online project dedicated to the primary prevention of violence against women. Online training and web conferences, podcast, interviews and articles are available.
The Family Violence Prevention Fund works to prevent violence within the home, and in the community, to help those whose lives are devastated by violence because everyone has the right to live free of violence. There are specific materials for addressing sexual violence prevention for male and youth audiences.

online help center gives you the specialized information, guidance and support you need to take action to prevent child sexual abuse. Ask questions about your specific situation and receive downloadable resources.
Coaching Boys into Men - Coaching Boys into Men (CBIM) engages athletic coaches through the Coaches Leadership Program to help shape the attitudes and behaviors of young male athletes. This includes a Playbook and Coaches Kit which helps coaches address issues of respect, integrity, and non-violence with athletes.
Virginia Sexual and Domestic Violence Action Alliance
The Action Alliance focuses on providing resources and information to advocates and residents of Virginia. The Action Alliance also operates the statewide Virginia Family Violence & Sexual Assault Hotline (1-800-838-8238 v/tty), a toll-free, confidential, 24-hour service that provides crisis intervention, support, information, and referrals to family violence and sexual assault survivors, their friends and families, professionals, and the general public.
Arte Sana (art heals) is a nonprofit agency for underserved survivors of gender and racial violence that promotes healing and empowerment through the arts and community education. National Teen Dating Abuse Helpline
Loveisrespect has resources and information for teens on dating violence. The web site is also home to the National Teen Dating Abuse Helpline "Live Chat." The live chat (IM-style) on the loveisrespect website is an alternative method of contacting a peer advocate. It provides one on one, confidential information from a live, trained peer advocate. Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network
The Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network is the nation's largest anti-sexual assault organization. RAINN operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1.800.656.HOPE and the National Sexual Assault Online Hotline at rainn.org, and publicizes the hotline's free, confidential services; educates the public about sexual assault; and leads national efforts to prevent sexual assault, improve services to victims and ensure that rapists are brought to justice.
Choose Respect
Choose Respect has a wealth of resources and information for youth, parents and concerned adults focusing on healthy teen dating. The video Causing Pain: Real Stories of Dating Abuse and Violence is available for viewing. This 30-minute video contains true stories of teens, parents, and professionals who have been in or witnessed abusive relationships. They describe their experiences and insights so that teens and parents can recognize and prevent dating abuse in their own lives or in the lives of their friends. A video discussion guide is also available for download.
Love Is Not Abuse
Love Is Not Abuse provides resources for youth and parents about teen dating violence. The site provides specific brochures for parents, boy, and girls on teen dating abuse as well as a short curriculum. The Love Is Not Abuse Curriculum is a step-by step guide to teaching high school students about the issue of dating violence. Using literature and poetry, this program provides teachers with the tools to teach about this sensitive subject and is intended to be taught in either Health or English/Language Arts classes.
