Division of Injury and Violence Prevention

DIVP is a division of the Virginia Department of Health that focuses on the prevention of unintentional, intentional and self-inflicted injuries. Division activities include assessment and reporting, training and consultation, policy development and implementation, community projects and safety device dissemination.
