Are you eating enough fruits and veggies? You know eating more fruits and veggies
can lower your risk of cancer and heart disease not to mention keep you regular!
Breastfeeding promotes good health! We just completed focus groups with moms and
dads to see why they choose to breastfeed or bottlefeed. This year we will use this
information to develop ways to increase breastfeeding rates among different cultures.

We will continue to encourage all women to take enough
folic acid to prevent birth defects. Do you know how much folic acid you need
every day? All women of childbearing age should get 400 micrograms/day.
