The Division of Injury & Violence Prevention has developed this online injury reporting system to provide quick and easy access to basic injury data. This system will allow you to create customized injury data reports on various mechanisms (causes) and intents of injury by geographic and demographic variables.

Currently the database contains injury related hospitalizations and deaths for Virginia residents, from 1999 to 2006. This data will be updated annually, generally at the end of each calendar year.
