Putting Women's Health Care Disparities on the Map: Examining Racial and Ethnic Disparities at the State Level provides a rare state-level look at disparities among women of different races and ethnicities on a broad range of indicators of health and well-being. State-specific fact sheets and interactive maps and data tables that draw on the report findings are presented here.

Finding a dentist to provide care for persons with special health needs and for very young children can be a challenge. The directory was compiled from a dentist survey by the Virginia Department of Health and the Virginia Dental Association in June 2008. The website will be updated regularly but you should contact the dentist directly when seeking care for your child or yourself. Click here to visit the Dental Directory site.
